Close relationships with manufacturers resulting in exclusives on new camera announcement and 2-3 major sponsorship campaigns a year. By the end of the first year the site is turning over enough money that we can quit our other jobs and focus on Camera Jabber full time.

5 years and beyond Camera Jabber is the No. 1 photography website in the world, overtaking Digital Photography School and DPReview. We’re achieving 5 million uniques a month and employing a small team of writers to produce the daily content for us, while we move our efforts into creating bespoke video content and native campaigns for brands within the industry. We have several clients paying for our [brand]jabber.com domains, which we oversee and freelance the content out to users of those brands.

We are also expanding our content beyond traditional camera gear and smartphones to include other technology with a photographic angle, such as tablets and TVs and laptops. Camera Jabber is turning over £500,000+ per year, and we are reinvesting much of this money into the website to grow the platform.
