DJI has unveiled the Osmo Pocket 4, a significant upgrade to its compact gimbal camera line, aimed squarely at content creators seeking professional-grade video in a pocket-sized form. Building on the popularity of its predecessor, the new model introduces a 1-inch CMOS sensor paired with an f/2.0 aperture, delivering improved low-light performance and enhanced image clarity across a wide range of shooting scenarios. A key highlight is the ability to record 4K video at up to 240fps, enabling ultra-slow-motion capture with impressive detail. The camera also supports 14 stops of dynamic range and 10-bit D-Log, allowing for richer tonal gradation and greater flexibility in post-production. These enhancements ensure more natural skin tones and balanced exposures, even in challenging lighting environments such as sunsets or high-contrast scenes.
