Kase has announced a new filter system that combines the speed and ease of use of magnetic circular filters with the versatility of 100mm rectangular filters.
Kase Wolverine Armour 100mm holder is made from magnetic alloy and is compatible with a 95mm rear-mounted magnetic circular polariser (CPL), Armour 95mm magnetic circular neutral density filters and magnetic filter frames, enabling two frames to be stacked on the holder.
The magnetic frames enable existing Kase Wolverine 100mm filters to be used with the new Kase Wolverine Armour 100mm holder as well as the new Kase Armour 95mm Magnetic Circular ND (neutral density) filters.
As well as allowing the 100mm filters to be mounted on the Armour 100mm holder, the new magnetic frames give some protection to the filters.
Kase new holder is designed for use on full-frame lenses with focal lengths as wide as 14mm without vignetting.

Kase Wolverine Armour 100mm price and availability
The Kase Wolverine Armour 100m magnetic filter holder kit will retail for £269. The kit includes the holder with a 95mm CPL, 77mm and 82mm magnetic adapters, adapter caps, 67mm and 72mm step rings plus a 100x100mm magnetic frame and a 100x150mm magnetic frame.
The magnetic frames will retail for £40 while a 95mm circular ND filter is £125. The neutral density filters are available as ND8, ND64 and ND1000.
