Slik has announced a new range of PRO CF carbon fibre tripods, along with two new Pro ball heads.
Each of Slik’s new PRO CF range tripods uses eight-layer carbon fibre, variable-angle legs with twist locks and an anti-rotation system.
The PRO CF-834 offers the largest legs in the range, measuring 48cm when folded down and extending to a maximum height of 165cm. It can support a 7kg payload.
The PRO CF-635 model folds down to 37cm and extends to 159cm, supporting a 3kg payload.
Two new Pro ball heads, the PBH-535AS and PBH 635AS, were designed to match the PRO CF legs and feature an Arca-Swiss compatible quick release plate. Each ball head also has three knobs for locking, panning and friction control.
The PBH-535AS and PBH 635AS can support up to 5kg and 6kg, respectively, and are priced £85 and £90.
The Slik PRO CF-635 tripod is priced £219, while the PRO CF-834 is priced £299.
