Leica has announced a new M10-P Safari edition of its popular camera, which will also soon get a matching Leica Summicron-M 50mm f/2 Edition ‘Safari’ lens.
The Leica M10-P Safari Edition is limited to 1,500 units and features an olive body with silver controls.
The Leica M10-P Safari Edition features all the same spec as the original Leica M10 but along with the new body design adds bespoke accessories such as a new carrying strap, and case for SD cards, as well as credit cards.
The Leica Summicron-M 50mm f/2 Edition ‘Safari’ lens is also produced in the new olive finish and is sold separately. However, it is compatible with all Leica M cameras but is limited to a run of just 500 units.
The Leica M10-P Edition ‘Safari’ body is priced at £6,900, while the Leica Summicron-M 50mm f/2 Edition ‘Safari’ lens is £2,300 available from authorised Leica UK stores and dealers.
