Hoya has announced a new kit containing its three most popular ProND filters, as well as a new Starscape Light Pollution filter.
The new ProND filter kit includes an ND8 (3 stop), ND64 (6 stop) and ND1000 (10 stop) density filters along with a folding, padded case.
Hoya’s ProND series ranges from ND2 all the way up to ND100,000. The new kit will be available from December in all diameters from 49mm to 82mm.
Meanwhile, Hoya’s new Starscape Light Pollution filter comes in a range of different diameters and selectively filters out the yellow and greenish light pollution which comes from distant street lights.
This makes it easier to correct colours and contrast in images in post-processing, particularly for time-lapse sequences.
Hoya’s Starscape filters will be available from December in 49mm to 82mm options.
