That is a genuinely useful piece of thinking. On location, a wagon already carries the two things that make a light stand awkward — weight and a stable base. Where it fits
Wagons have quietly become standard kit for photographers over the past few years — mostly repurposed garden or beach carts, which do the hauling job well enough but were never designed around photographic gear. What we would want to establish in person is the practical detail: how stable it actually is with a heavy modifier at height, how it handles rough ground and grass rather than studio floors, and how quickly it converts between hauling and supporting. A wagon that requires five minutes of reconfiguration each way would undo much of the appeal.
