Vanguard is a camera accessories company known for doing things differently. The latest release is an all-new range of VEO support accessories that will help you to extend the use of your camera support, whether it’s a Vanguard or not.
The new VEO Accessories ECO System enables you to transform your tripod from humble support to a Mic Boom, lighting or monitor stand, and more.
These new VEO accessories all tie in with Vanguards tripod evolution. The new range enables you to take full advantage of either the accessories port on the side of your tripod (If it has one) or your camera hotshoe, of course, depending on the accessory.
This new range stands out because Vanguard has designed these VEO accessories to work with any manufacturers supports. All that’s needed is an accessories port on the side of the tripod or a hotshoe on top of the camera (Depending on the accessory).
The first accessory in this new range are the VEO TSA Tripod Support Arms. The VEO TSA DLX model features a choice of 1/4-inch or 3/8-inch threads and a flat or bayonet plate. Ball joints feature at each end of the arms to enable maximum flexibility when it comes positioning before being locked.
The VEO TSA DLX will have an RRP of £79.99
The VEO TSA are a lighter arm solution and feature a 1/4-inch thread and the option to use a 3/8-inch adapter. The VEO TSA will retail for £39.99.
Next is the VEO CSM with an RRP of £9.99. This new cold shoe mount enables you to attach accessories to your camera flash hot shoe. The cold shoe mount features a 1/4-inch thread on the base that can be used with the VEO TSA.
The VEO CSM DLX is a more complex Cold Shoe Mount that enables greater control and versatility. This mount offers +90º to -90º adjustment to the vertical angle. It also features a quick magnetic release that enables you to attach the accessory to any magnetic surface. The VEO CSM DLX has an RRP of £39.99
If you’re looking to attach multiple accessories, Vanguard also announces the VEO CSMM2 and VEO CSMM3 cold shoe counts.
The VEO CSMM2 enables you to fit two accessories spaced at 208mm apart. This retails for £69.99.
The VEO CSMM3 enables up to three accessories and horizontal angle adjustment of +90º to -90º. While this doesn’t have a cold shoe mount, it does feature a 1/4-inch thread on the base and has an RRP of £49.99.
Finally, the company released the VEO TC M, a heavy-duty tablet connector with a 220mm wide opening. This has an RRP of £49.99.
