Samyang has launched the AF 85mm F1.4 RF, a new fast-aperture portrait lens designed for use with Canon EOS R bodies.
Following on from the recently launched AF 14mm F2.8 RF, the new AF 85mm F1.4 RF is comprised of 11 elements in eight groups, which includes four high-refractive optics and an extra low-dispersion lens.
Also inside is a Dual-Linear Sonic Motor that uses ultrasonic vibrations to provide fast, silent AF.
Other features include weather-sealing and an AF/MF switch on the lens barrel.
The Samyang AF 85mm F1.4 RF weighs 582g and has a 77mm filter thread.
The Samyang AF 85mm F1.4 RF price tag is £599, with a release date set for late June.
