These days if we talk about cameras that can go anywhere and withstand the elements, we instantly think of action cameras. But a few years ago before the likes of GoPro arrived and took flight, there was the tough compact camera.
The latest is the Ricoh WG-60 with it’s more traditional compact camera shape, although the styling, like previous iterations of the camera, is way out there.
The camera has been designed to be taken anywhere and has a waterproof depth of 14meters, is shockproof to 1.6m and freezeproof down to -10º.
On the back is a large LCD screen so you can easily compose your images wherever you are.
The Ricoh will go on sale in mid-November with an SRP of £249.99. For more details check out www.ricoh-imaging.co.uk
