Ricoh has announced the GR III Street Edition, a new limited edition version of Ricoh’s popular street photography camera.
The Ricoh GR III Street Edition comes in a metallic grey finish with an asphalt-like surface text. This is complemented by an orange lens ring.
The GR III Street Edition is limited to just 3,500 models worldwide. Each one comes with a pair of exclusive accessories, including a detachable viewfinder and a dark grey leather hand strap.
A newly added Full Press Snap by LCD setting lets you trigger the shutter via the touchscreen, cancelling the autofocus and fixing the focusing at the pre-assigned Snap Focus distance.
Ricoh has also added a new shutdown screen for the GR III Street Edition that features the Street Edition logo when the camera is switched off.
Internally, the GR III Street Edition boasts all the same specifications as the original Ricoh GR III.
The Ricoh GR III Street Edition price tag is £1,099.99, with a release date set for 17 July 2020.
