UK firm Integral Memory has launched what it’s calling the world’s biggest consumer microSD card, which boasts a storage capacity of 512GB.
Integral’s new 512GB microSDXC card has a V10, UHS-I U1 specification, meaning it can provide fast enough data transfer for Full HD video.
And its sequential write speed of 10MB/s should make it suitable for recording 4K video. Its maximum speed is 80MB/s.
Integral Memory has given no price for its half-terabyte microSD card, but you can probably expect to pay more than £200.
Integral says its 512GB microSDXC V10, UHS-I U1 will begin shipping in February.
