GoPro has announced The Remote, a new waterproof, Bluetooth camera remote control, and also unveiled new firmware for the Hero9 Black.
About the size of a smartwatch, The Remote from GoPro can be mounted to your wrist, handlebar, strap or just about anything. The Remote allows users to control the camera from up to 200 feet away.
GoPro has also announced new firmware for the Hero9 Black that promises 30% faster wireless transfers of your content to the GoPro app.
GoPro says the firmware update also improves the performance of its HyperSmooth 3.0 stabilisation technology in cold temperatures. And there’s also a new slo-mo shortcut slider button.
GoPro has also issued new firmware for the Hero8 Black and the MAX 360 camera making them compatible with The Remote.
