Google Lens, the AI-based visual recognition tool that helps you identify objects in your images, is now accessible on Google’s Pixel and Pixel 2 phones.
Google is now integrating Google Lens into Google Assistant, which you can now access by tapping the Lens icon when Assistant is open.
Among other uses, such as saving contact details from a business card, Google Lens can also identify landmarks in images.
Previously you could only access Google Lens’s functions within Google Photos.
Google lens is currently being integrated to all Pixel phones using Assistant in English in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, India and Singapore.
