BOYA, has launched the BOYA Mini, the smallest wireless microphone in its class. Weighing just 5 g that’s half the weight of the DJI Mic Mini, while being roughly the same size, the BOYA Mini is designed for creators, vloggers, live streamers, and mobile professionals who demand high-quality sound in an ultra-portable format.
Compatible with devices featuring Type-C or Lightning connectors, the BOYA Mini supports smartphones and tablets, with a version for cameras set to launch soon. Despite its diminutive size, the microphone delivers studio-grade sound with a 48 kHz sample rate, 16-bit depth, and an impressive 80 dB signal-to-noise ratio. It also handles sound pressure levels up to 120 dB, ensuring clarity in both quiet and noisy environments.
Powered by BOYA’s AI-driven Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) technology, the Mini excels in filtering out background noise to enhance vocal clarity. Additional versatility comes from its three voice modulation modes, allowing users to customise audio for diverse applications such as interviews, live streaming, and vlogging.
The BOYA Mini is designed with portability and convenience in mind. Its lightweight body clips discreetly onto clothing for hands-free recording, and its easy-pairing setup ensures quick and effortless connectivity to mobile devices. A charging case extends the microphone’s usage time to 30 hours, supporting long recording sessions with minimal interruptions.
