It is a QD-LCD panel, Calman pre-calibrated to Delta E under 1.5, covering 99% of Rec.709 and 95% of DCI-P3 at Gamma 2.4, with up to 1,500 nits of brightness. Delta E under 1.5 out of the box matters because most on-set monitors are not calibrated at all, and a monitor that lies to you is worse than no monitor.
