XGIMI, unveiled its latest innovations at CES 2024, marking a new era in home entertainment. The event saw the introduction of the HORIZON Max, the world’s first Long Throw smart projector with IMAX Enhanced certification, and Aladdin, a 3-in-1 smart projector lamp and speaker, which received the CES 2024 Innovation Award.
The HORIZON Max stands out with its IMAX Enhanced certification. Apollo Zhong, CEO of XGIMI, highlighted the brand’s commitment to enhancing projection technology, mentioning the HORIZON Ultra’s achievement of Dolby Vision and the new HORIZON Max’s milestone with IMAX Enhanced certification.
XGIMI’s innovative ISA 5.0 (Intelligent Screen Adaptation) technology is another highlight, offering a fully automated motorised gimbal for optimal projection positioning and settings memory for different walls. This feature provides ease of use and flexibility, adapting to various activities like gaming and movie watching. The integration of 3D ToF in ISA 5.0 allows for swift detection of the optimal projection spot, enhancing the user experience.
In terms of picture quality, HORIZON Max excels with its Dual Light 2.0 technology. It combines a Triple laser for an extended colour range and a phosphor light to correct imperfections, resulting in a cinematic viewing experience. The ultra-wide colour gamut, ultra-high brightness (3,100 ISO Lumens), ultra-high contrast (2000:1 native contrast ratio), and ultra-high colour accuracy set a new standard in home entertainment.
The Aladdin projector offers an innovative blend of a smart ceiling lamp, a high-end projector, and connected speakers. Designed to optimise living space, it provides a cinematic experience directly from the ceiling, solving common issues of traditional projectors such as bulkiness and glare. Aladdin’s strategic positioning and 0.7:1 projection ratio transform any space into a media haven, prioritising user safety and convenience.
XGIMI’s partnership with MediaTek, along with collaboration with Google TV, is set to unveil intelligent projection solutions, further enhancing the home entertainment experience.
