These days photographers are looking for something more from a camera backpack than just a one size fits all solution. The ThinkTank PhotoCross 15 has been designed with a purpose; Its been designed for those photographers venturing off-piste and into the wild.

Designed to withstand the elements the PhotoCross is comfort equipped ensuring that whatever the load you’ll get to that idyllic photo location. Further adding to the comfort is a breathable 320G air-mesh back panel and wide waist strap for when things get tough.

The PhotoCross 15 being able to hold and protect your kit is one thing, but having access to it quickly when you need it, is equally important. A large side pocket gives you that quick access.

A bag built for adventure needs a bit of colour and ThinkTank will be producing the bags in a choice of two colours Orange Ember and a more traditional Carbon Grey.

Inside the bag, there’s space for an ungripped DSLR, three to five lenses, including a 70-200mm f/2.8 attached, and up to a 15-inch laptop. The exact internal dimensions are 10.6-inch x 17.3-inch H x 5.5-inch W x H x D (27 x 44 x 14 cm). This space equates to a 20-litre capacity and will hold a maximum weight of 3.0lbs or 1.4kg.

The outer is made from durable, abrasion-proof materials with weatherproof zippers. These zippers aren’t the standard type you find on most backpacks, instead, they feature YKK weather-resistant zippers that have been developed to keep out rain and dust.

Keeping with the exterior of the bag and the material used on the underside is a heavy-duty tarpaulin, this has been designed to prevent water and moisture from seeping up into the bag if placed on to the wet ground or surface.

On the exterior side is a large pocket with enough room to hold most 1-litre water bottles. Along with a selection of pockets where filters, snacks and other accessories or equipment for the day can be kept.
