The Photography Show & The Video Show is back 17-20 September at the NEC Birmingham featuring 250+ brands and 400 masterclasses, technique-led seminars and live demos. And it’s a must-attend for anyone whose business is photography or video production.

This year’s show is nearly twice as big as the 2021 event, with programmes dedicated to destination photography and content creation adding to an already packed four days. Halls 2 and 3 will become the imaging centre of the UK – and as a show which is refreshed every year, it’s no surprise that so many visitors have the dates etched into their diaries.

Camera Jabber followers can get 20% off standard advance entry tickets with code CJTPS22. Follow the link to book online.

The Photography Show & The Video Show 2022

So what’s the plan for 2022?

The On Location stage (which spotlights destination photography – think weddings, travel, street, nature and everything in between); the Video Hub, which will provide a platform on which to discover more about the video gear behind winning footage; and the Creator Stage, a centre of all that is online content creation. And that’s not all. We’ll be hosting our first Creator Playground – which will inject a bit of whimsical fun into the day, and will most certainly spark creative ideas. Audience favourites such as Behind the Lens, Photo Live and the Editing & Post-Production Suite will also offer plenty for both amateurs and pros.

If you’re keen to explore the options around turning your passion into your business, the hugely popular Turning Pro Masterclass will give you all the advice you need, or if it’s inspiration you’re after, the headline Super Stagers will include creative extraordinaire Chase Jarvis, conservationist and storyteller Cristina Mittermeier, landscape legend Colin Prior and award-winning wedding tog Roberto Valenzeula.

It wouldn’t be The Photography Show & The Video Show without the opportunity to take some time out and let all the information you’ve gleaned sink in. Fujifilm’s PrintLife will return as a 500 image display and galleries from SheClicks, Gurushots and the Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards among others will feature.

Of course, the icing on the cake is the exhibition floor. 250 brands. All the big names and some really cool independent specialists too. Plenty to discover (think everything from cameras to clothing, accessories to albums), try out and… buy, at exclusive prices to boot. You’ve heard the new kit rumours, seen the pictures – now it’s time to get up close and personal with the latest equipment and cutting-edge gear! 2023 is going to be a big year for your creative flow!
