Sony solves A7 III, A7R III firmware 2.0 issue

Sony A7R III Review
News

Sony has fixed the bugs in firmware version 2.0 for the A7 III and A7R III and released a version 2.10, which is now available for download.

Originally released in October, Sony removed the firmware from its website earlier this month after some users reported issues with writing data to their SD card. Sony cited the following bugs reported by users:

In rare cases, your α7R III or α7 III model may stop functioning while writing RAW data onto an SD card that has already been used multiple times.
With the α7R III, taking a picture while using the Auto Review function may occasionally cause the camera to stop responding.

Firmware version 2.10 fixes these bugs and applies all of the other upgrades and performance enhancements that were included in the 2.0 release.
