Samyang has announced the latest addition to its autofocus lens range, introducing the AF 35mm f/1.4 FE.
The fourth AF lens in Samyang’s lineup, the 35mm f/1.4 FE joins the Samyang AF 14mm F2.8 FE, AF 35mm F2.8 FE and AF 50mm F1.4 FE.
Earlier this year Samyang launched the AF 35mm f/2.8 FE, which it says is aimed at everyday photography; the new 35mm f/1.4 FE is designed for professional photography, particularly portraiture and low-light events.
Compatible with Sony E mount cameras like the A7 series or Sony A9, the Samyang AF 35mm f/1.4 FE optical design boasts 11 elements in 9 groups, along with two aspherical lenses and two high-refractive lenses.
The new Samyang AF lens also boasts its Ultra Multi Coating.
The new Samyang 35mm price tag will be £599, with a global release date from November.
