The Samsung Galaxy Note 8, which boasts a new dual-lens camera with OIS, is selling in record numbers since hitting the market last Friday, the company says.
The latest smartphone in the Samsung Galaxy stable, the Note 8 boasts a large 6.3in curved AMOLED screen with a 12MP and 8MP rear and front cameras, respectively, with Dual Pixel Sensors and f/1.7 lenses.
Its camera offers a number of advanced controls, such as Pro mode where you can edit your images for a specific look and Live Focus for capturing shallow depth of field effects.
It also offers 2x optical zoom and optical image stabilisation.
“Last Friday (September 15th), the Galaxy Note8 officially went on sale in the UK & Ireland and sold in record numbers over its first weekend on general sale, making it our most successful Note device launch to date,” said Conor Pierce, Vice President of Mobile ate Samsung UK.
“This just goes to show how sought after the Note8 device is – people looking for a device which redefines the smartphone experience are turning to the Note8.
