Olympus has added a new lightweight 30mm Macro lens to its ever increasing Micro Four Thirds lens range at Photokina 2016. The M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 30mm 1:3.5 Macro features a 2.5 x magnification and minimum focus distance of just 9.5cm.
The lens has been designed to get you as close to your subject as possible and will enable you to pick out details from your subject that would be invisible to the naked eye.
Marco photographers love to shoot wildlife and Olympus has worked hard to create a lens that is as quiet as possible with a near silent focus mechanism. Being Micro Four Thirds the design matches the compact Pen and OM series by being small and lightweight.
The M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 30mm 1:3.5 Macro lens will be available with immediate effect, from photokina 2016, for £249.99.
