The official Peak Design Travel Tripod price tag and release date have been revealed, as the item is now available for pre-order from select retailers.
The Peak Design Travel Tripod price tag will be $599.95 for the carbon fibre version, and the price drops to $349.95 for the aluminium version of the Travel Tripod.
According to B&H Photo Video, the Peak Design Travel Tripod release date will be December 21, 2019… just in time for Christmas.
Peak Design caused quite a stir when it announced the Travel Tripod, its first, on Kickstarter earlier in the year.
Billed as revolutionary, it boasts a maximum height of 60 inches and down to a minimum of just 5.5 inches. When folded it up it’s just 15.5 inches.
The Peak Design Travel Tripod can also support a payload of 20lbs.
