November 2019 Photo Competition Winner Announcement

News

November was a colourful month here in the UK so we’re glad we made the month itself the subject of the November round of our monthly photography competition.

There were some wonderful images submitted for this wide theme, but we’ve made our decision and we’re delighted to reveal that the winner is….

Mike Morley (mikemorleyphotos on Instagram) with this wonderful shot from Bolton Abbey that really brings out the sinuous speed of the river.

Mike wins a Samsung 256GB EVO Plus microSD memory card with SD adaptor worth £74.99. And at the end of the year, his image will be judged against the other winning entries to decide the overall winner of the title Camera Jabber Photographer of the Year.

The overall winner will receive a fantastic 500GB Samsung SSD T5 portable storage unit worth £121.

December’s Competition

The theme for the December round is ‘Delicious’.

You can enter our monthly competition via Twitter, Instagram or Facebook. You just need to tag us @camerajabber and include this month’s #tag, #deliciousjabber.

About the prizes

The Samsung 256GB EVO Plus microSD card with SD adaptor is a UHS-I U3 Class 10 memory card, that is 4K compatible and can be used in cameras and other devices that accept either a microSD or an SD card. Backed by Samsung’s 4-proof protection these cards are ultra-reliable and are water, temperature, X-ray and magnetic proof making them the perfect partner for an action cam like a GoPro Hero7 Black, a mirrorless camera like the Fujifilm X-E3 or a DSLR like the Nikon D3500 – and a host of others.

Samsung supplies the T5 with a USB Type-C to USB-C cable and a USB Type-C to USB-A cable so it can be used with a wide range of devices. It’s also compatible with Windows, Mac OS and Android*, so you can use it to back-up your data and photos from your PC, phone or laptop.
