Nikon has announced the latest addition to its Z mount range, introducing the NIKKOR Z 24–70mm f/2.8 S, price tag £2,199 / €2599.
The NIKKOR Z 24–70mm f/2.8 S is fully weather-sealed in a compact build. It becomes the fourth lens in Nikon’s NIKKOR Z series, which launched in August last year.

There’s a customisable control ring, which can be set to manual focusing, silent aperture control for iris transitions during video recording or exposure compensation.
On the lens barrel is an L-Fn button to which you can assign up to 21 different functions, such as AF lock or metering.
The NIKKOR Z 24–70mm f/2.8 S also boasts an OLED information display panel which shows your current camera settings.
The NIKKOR Z 24–70mm f/2.8 S release date will be April 2019.
