Nikon has announced two new Z-mount lenses the Nikor Z 28mm f/2.8 and Nikkor Z 40mm f/2. Both of the new lenses will join Nikons full frame (FX) lens line-up and offer a compact and light weight prime option for the Z range of mirrorless cameras.

As ye Nikon hasn’t announced an exact release date, other than at some time later in 2021.

Starting with the Nikkor Z 28mm this has been developed as an everyday wide-angled prime, an ideal option for keeping on your camera when out and about.

NIKKOR Z 40mm f/2

The Nikkor 40mm f/2 offers photographers a fantastic creative option, enabling a bit of space between themselves and the photographer in order to create easy Bokeh.

Each lens will be an ideal choice for anyone just getting into photography, but will also suit any level of photographer looking for lightweight quality primes they can use on a daily basis.

These two lens continue to show Nikon’s dedication to the new Z and quickly expanding Z range, ensuring that both cameras and lenses are available for all levels of user.
