BenQ has launched its latest monitor, the BenQ PV270 – price tag £788.40 – which it promises offers an authentic, consistent viewing experience for photographers editing sill images and video.

The BenQ PV270 is 27 inches and comes with 99% Adobe RGB, 100% Rec. 709 and a 96% DCI-P3 colour gamut with IPS Technology. It also offers a 5-year warranty with a zero pixel defect guarantee for the first six months.

Aimed at professional photographers who edit video, the BenQ PV270 display includes brightness uniformity, which the company says offers a more “authentic and consistent viewing experience.”

The PV270 also offers 2560 x 1440 (QHD) resolution and hardware colour calibration through Palette Master Software.
