Meike has announced a new 12mm T/2.2 cinema lens for Micro Four Thirds mount cameras, with three more cine lenses due out in October.
Offering an equivalent focal length of 24mm, the new Meike 12mm T/2.2 lens is comprised of 15 elements in 10 groups and offers a 270-degree long focus rotation.
The new Meike Micro Four Thirds lens offers a minimum focusing distance of 22cm and uses a Multi-layer Coating to help reduce stray light.
The Meike 12mm T/2.2 is due for release in September. It joins the 16mm and 25mm optics in Meike’s T/2.2 Cinema Lens range.
Meike also revealed that new 35mm, 50 and 85mm T/2.2 cinema lenses will be released in October 2019.
