We’re naturally drawn to water. We build towns and cities along rivers or next to lakes, and we flock to them for leisure. Whether it’s a gentle stroll along the riverside, tacking across a lake or kayaking down rapids, we love to spend time near, in or on rivers and lakes.
So we’re making rivers and lakes the subject of the May round of our monthly photography competition. The subject of the images can be the river or lake themselves or the activities taking place on and around them. Or perhaps aquatic wildlife catches your eye? That’s OK too.
How to enter
You can enter our monthly competition via Twitter, Instagram or Facebook. You just need to tag us @camerajabber and include this month’s #tag, #riverjabber.
Our competition runs until the end of the year with each month having a different theme. The River and Lake theme will run until June when we’ll pick a winner from the May entries and award the prize of a Samsung 256GB EVO Plus microSD memory card with SD adaptor worth £74.99.
At the end of the year, we’ll also select an overall winner who will receive a fantastic 500GB Samsung SSD T5 portable storage unit worth £121.
About the prizes
