Manfrotto has launched the Nitrotech N12 Fluid Video Head, which boasts a Nitrogen piston mechanism and is designed for smaller camera bodies.
Manfrotto says the new N12 Fluid Video Head promises continuous counterbalance thanks to its Nitrogen piston mechanism and Variable Fluid Drag System.
The Variable Fluid Drag System provides flawless performance on both pan and tilt axes for the smoothest possible footage. Counterbalance is easily adjusted using the ergonomic knob.
The Nitrotech N12 also supports loads from 4kg to 12kg and boasts a 3/8-inch anti-rotation Easy Link connector that allows users to attach different camera accessories.
A longer Side Lock sliding plate enables your camera to click in from above for quick set-up.
The Nitrotech N12’s 75mm Flat Base fits a range of supports including sliders and jibs, Manfrotto says. Other features include a built-in metric ruler and back-lit levelling bubble.
The Nitrotech N12 Fluid Video Head is priced £599.95, while the price tag for kits starts at £1,099.95.
