Today Manfrotto has announced the release of an all-new CFexpress Type B Memory Card reader. The new reader features USB 3.2 with a Type-C interface that enables transfer speeds of up to 10 Gb/s.

Key features of the new reader include:

• Supports CFexpress™ Type B Memory Cards
• USB 3.2 Type-C Interface (10 Gb/s)
• Built-In Card Storage with Protective Rubber End Cover

The Manfrotto CFexpress card reader has been designed to work with Manfrotto’s existing range of CFexpress cards, such as the Manfrotto CFexpress 128GB Type B that we reviewed last January. However, while the card reader is designed to work with Manfrotto cards, it will also work with those from other manufacturers.

These transfer speeds of the CFexpress cards and reader not only makes the combination ideal for the latest high-resolution cameras, such as the Canon EOS R3 and Sony A1, but will future proof the storage media for future releases.

The Manfrotto CFexpress reader is aimed at professional users and has a tough, durable design. The aluminium case helps keep it cool whilst in use, and a protective rubber cap protects the internal contact while in transit.

Featuring UЅВ Туре-С tо Туре-С аnd a Туре-С tо Туре-А саbles in the box Manfrotto has ensured maximum compatibility for both Mac and PC systems.

We’ll be taking a look at a review sample soon.
