A new accessory, LVL, is set to revolutionise how photographers and videographers set up their tripods. This universal levelling system allows users to level their camera in seconds without adjusting individual tripod legs, making it ideal for landscape photography, video work, and monopod setups.
The LVL system attaches between a tripod or monopod and its head, enabling fast adjustments via a built-in locking knob and spirit level. With a ±15° range of movement (±13° for the LVL-42 model), users can quickly achieve a level horizon, even on uneven terrain.
Available in five sizes (42 mm, 45 mm, 55 mm, 65 mm, and 75 mm), the LVL is designed to fit a wide range of tripod models. The system uses a 3/8” base mount with a 1/4” adaptor, ensuring compatibility with most tripods, monopods, and video heads. For added security, safety locking screws ensure a solid fit.
For users who frequently swap between different setups, LVL also works with the upcoming SWITCH QR-CC quick release system, allowing for even faster attachment and removal.
