Kandao has announced a beginner-level version of its Obsidian 360 camera series, introducing the Obsidian GO, price tag $2,500.

Chief among the Kandao Obsidian GO’s specs sheet is the ability to capture 8K still images and 4K VR video.

The Obsidian GO also shoots in both 3D and 2D. The Obsidian GO employs six backlit sensor that capture 16-megapixel resolution, which work in conjunction with its f/2 fisheye lens.

The Kandao Obsidian GO also supports raw capture as well as wireless remote control. It also boasts a maximum shooting time of four hours.

The Obsidian GO price tag will also include Kandao’s stitching software.

The Obsidian GO follows the launch of the higher end Obsidian R and S 360 cameras earlier this year, which received the Best of Innovation awards at CES 2017.

The Chinese firm also announced prices for the Obsidian R and S, which will be $6,999.
