Adobe’s latest update to its Camera Raw software has added support for the Zeiss ZX1, which could suggest the camera will be released soon.

Announced earlier in the year as a development project, the full-frame, mirrorless Zeiss ZX1 has been one of the most hotly anticipated new cameras.

Many readers have asked us when the Zeiss camera will be released, and with Adobe adding support for the ZX1 in its latest update to Camera Raw we could be seeing that launch very soon.

As well as the ZX1, Adobe’s Camera Raw update also adds support for the Sigma fp and Sony A9 II full-frame mirrorless cameras, as well as the Nikon Z 50, Leica SL2, Google Pixel 4 and 4L, Canon EOS M200 and EOS Ra astrophotography camera.
