Hasselblad has announced the XCD 45mm f/4P, price tag $1,099, a new ultra-light medium format mirrorless lens.
Offering a 35mm equivalent focal length of 36mm, the Hasselblad XCD 45mm f/4P weighs just 320g, making the world’s lightest medium format lens.
It offers an aperture of f/4 to f/32 and incorporates a newly designed Central Lens Shutter that supports shutter speeds up to 1/2000 sec with flash sync at all speeds.
The XCD 45mm f/4P has an optical construction comprised of 9 elements in 7 groups, two of which are aspherical elements.
