New leaked images of the GoPro Hero8 identify what’s being called a ‘Media Module’ for attaching a new range of video accessories to the action camera.
German website WinFuture published the new images of the GoPro Hero8, which provide a closer look at how the accessories in the first leaked images will attach.
Among the new GoPro Hero8 accessories appear to be a small LED video light, a mic, an LCD for vlogging and a microphone that is built into the module.
The Media Module appears to fit around the GoPro Hero8 and offers a hotshoe on the top and side of the unit for attaching accessories.
It’s expected that the GoPro Hero8 will be announced either this month or in October 2019.
