GoPro has announced it is cutting jobs and closing down some of its services in the wake of a global recall of its Karma drone, which was losing power in mid-flight.

The action camera manufacturer said it will be making 200 jobs redundant, constituting 15% of the company’s workforce. The company’s president, Anthony Bates, will also be stepping down at the end of this year.

What’s more, GoPro will be closing its entertainment division, from which it offered users up to thousands of dollars for use of videos they have made using GoPro equipment.

GoPro has posted losses in each of the past four quarters and reported cash reserves in November 2016 had fallen to less than half of what they were at the start of the year.
