Godox, has announced the launch of its latest 2.4GHz wireless microphone systems—the Cube-C and Cube Combo. Designed to cater to diverse recording needs, the Cube-C is an ultra-compact solution for creators, providing seamless compatibility with cameras, desktops, and mobile devices.
The Cube-C microphone stands out with its compact 0.98″x0.96″x0.49″ dimensions and a lightweight 7g design, making it highly portable. The redesigned storage layout allows the microphone and its receiver to be housed in a charging case that is 30% smaller than previous models. Despite its size, the Cube-C offers 24-bit audio quality, a 300m transmission range, dual-mode noise reduction, and a unique safety track feature that delivers a -6dB backup track for distortion-free recording.
In addition to its sleek design, the Cube-C excels in versatility. It supports multiple wearing options, including a magnetic attachment, back clip, and necklace style, allowing users to adapt it for various scenarios. Personalisation is also encouraged, with colourful stickers included in the package to match individual styles.
Godox further expands the product line with the Cube Combo, an advanced audio kit integrating the Cube-C with its predecessor, the Cube-S. The Cube Combo includes two transmitters and two receivers, providing solutions for creators working across multiple devices, including cameras and smartphones.
Each Cube-C transmitter and receiver offers 10 hours of operation on a single charge, with the charging case extending usage to 40 hours. Additionally, its intuitive controls and support for the Godox Mic app ensure smooth operation, from noise reduction to real-time adjustments.
The Cube-C is available in two kits:
- Cube-C Combo Kit 1: $119 (approx. £95)
- Cube-C Combo Kit 2: $129 (approx. £103), which includes additional Lightning and USB-C cables.
