Fujifilm has announced the latest addition to its GF lens range, introducing the Fujinon GF30mm F3.5 R WR, price tag £1649, which boasts a compact, weather-proof design.
The new wide-angle prime lens is designed for videography and boasts an internal focus system for silent AF and promises focus breathing of just 0.05%.
The Fujinon GF30mm F3.5 R WR is comprised of 13 elements in 10 groups, which includes two aspherical elements and two ED elements.
Designed for portability, the Fujinon GF30mm F3.5 R WR weighs just 510g and measures 99.4mm.
Other features include weather sealing at nine spots around the lens, which make it dust and weather resistant. The GF30mm F3.5 can also be used in temperatures down to -10C.
The Fujifilm GF30mm F3.5 R WR price tag is set for £1649, with a release date set for 30 July.
