Today Flashpoint announces the XPLOR Power 1200 Pro R2 Flash, the new flagship model of the companies wireless go anywhere flashes.
This is the companies most powerful flash to date with multiple flash modes, power recycling in less than two seconds, long flash duration and compatible with all significant cameras systems.
Weighing in at just over 17 pounds, 7.5kg this flash light balances weight with portability.

Fully Supports TTL and HSS:
The built-in 2.4 GHz R2 wireless flash system is compatible with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Olympus, Panasonic and Pentax TTL camera systems.
Precise Control and Stable Output:
Nine steps of output power enable plenty of creative control ranging from 1/1 to 1/256 power. A full power recycle takes two seconds and the high-speed sync mode works with shutter speeds of up to 1/8000 with action -stopping flash durations from 1/220 to 1/10,860 seconds.
Colour temperature is carefully monitored with tight controls ensuring temperature changes are restricted to ±75K across the entire power range.
Connectivity options include two 3.5mm sync cord, wireless control port, and USB Type-C port for the firmware.
High Performance, Large-Capacity Battery:
Ensuring the flash is well powered a 36V/5200mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack is capable of delivering 480 full-power flashes.
What’s more, this pack has been designed to charge fast in only two hours.
Of course, this battery is easily swappable and can be replaced in seconds. There’s also an optional AC adapter.
Bowens S-Mount Compatibility:
The XPLOR Power 1200 Pro’s is fully compatible with the Bowens S-Type mount. This enables the use of hundreds of light modifiers and accessories.
