Feiyu Tech has announced the Feiyu Pocket, price tag $249, a new 3-axis handheld gimbal stabiliser with a built-in camera that can shoot 4K video at 60p.

As well as UHD 4K, the Feiyu Pocket can also record Full HD at 120p and HD at 240p for slow motion movies. Stills are 3840 x 2144 resolution.

Inside the camera is 6-axis hybrid image stabilisation. On the outside is a 1.3-inch live view touchscreen display.

The Feiyu Pocket’s gimbal provides a 360-degree POV all-follow mode along with two basic follow modes. And via the companion app – available for both Android and iOS – you can apply effects such as hyper lapse, motion time-lapse, panoramas and beauty modes.

The Feiyu Pocket supports a microSD card up to 512GB, and its internal battery provides up to 3.5 hours per charge. You can recharge the battery via the gimbal’s USB Type-C port.

The Feiyu Pocket is currently available on pre-order from retailers such as B&H Photo Video.
