A team of ex-Nokia product developers have announced a new photo editing console called Loupedeck, which can be used to fine-tune images in Adobe Lightroom.
Aimed at serious photographers and graphic designers, the team behind Loupedeck says the new photo editing controller will replace the traditional method of editing via a mouse or pen and keyboard.
In particular, Loupedeck’s founders say the console will maximise your workflow efficiency by removing some of the common distractions.
“We’ve spent a lot of time with professional photographers, studied their workflow and ergonomics in order to create a controller that is as sophisticated and intuitive as possible,” says Mikko Kesti, CEO, Loupedeck.
“As a result, Loupedeck’s design is reminiscent of a DJ-mixing desk. It allows any aspiring or established professional working with Adobe Lightroom to level-up their productivity and efficiency, all the while staying focused on what is important – high-quality results.”
Currently available via an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign, the Loupedeck price tag will be €229 / £205 through Indiegogo and €369 / £331) following its global launch.
