DxO has launched an Early Access program for Android users who want to use its DxO ONE smartphone camera.

Similar to a beta program, early users under the scheme will get to share their feedback with DxO as well as receive the latest firmware updates.

Compatible Android devices include:

  • Huawei P10
  • LG G6
  • LG V20
  • Moto Z
  • Nexus 5X
  • Nokia 8
  • Nubia Z11 mini
  • Samsung Galaxy A5 2017
  • Samsung Note 8
  • Samsung S8
  • Huawei Honor 9

The DxO ONE connects to your smartphone via a Type-C USB connector and offers both photo and video capabilities in auto, scene, semi-auto and manual modes, control over aperture, sensitivity, exposure time and exposure compensation, along with Wi-Fi connectivity.

DxO says it will be adding more features in the coming months, such as live video streaming via Facebook Live, time-lapse, manual focus and the ability to transfer, delete, or share multiple photos or videos at a time.
