Adobe has announced the release of Lightroom CC 2015.12 and Camera Raw 9.12, which adds raw support for new cameras and lenses released in the past few months.
Among the new cameras supported by Lightroom CC 2015.12 and Camera Raw 9.12 are the recently launched Canon EOS 6D Mark II, Canon EOS 200D / Rebel SL2, Leica TL2, Nikon D7500 and Olympus Tough TG-5.
Lightroom CC 2015.12 also adds support for the following lens profiles:
- Canon EF – Venus Optics Laowa 12mm f2.8 Zero-D
- Canon EF-S – Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/4-5.6 IS STM
- Fujifilm X – Fujifilm WCL-X100 Wide-Angle Conversion Lens

It’s worth noting that the Lightroom CC 2015.12 update does not make any adjustments to the Lightroom speed issues that Adobe recently acknowledged and promised to make better.
The company says it is still working on several projects to resolve that.
Adobe says the latest Lightroom update also adds the following colour matching profiles:
- Nikon 1 V3: 5 Color profiles + Monochrome + Green, Orange, Red, Yellow Monochrome filter effects
- Nikon D3400: Green, Orange, Red, Yellow filter Monochrome filter effects
- Nikon D5: Green, Orange, Red, Yellow filter Monochrome filter effects
- Nikon D500: Green, Orange, Red, Yellow filter Monochrome filter effects
- Nikon D5600: Green, Orange, Red, Yellow filter Monochrome filter effects

What’s more, the new Lightroom CC update fixes a number of bugs reported by users, such as restrictions on exporting a catalog with dots in the filename, exporting from DNG to JPG and others.
