ADATA has announced a new high-speed SD memory card, the Premier Extreme SDXC SD 7.0 Express Card, designed for processing high-resolution stills and video.
The ADATA Premier Extreme SDXC SD 7.0 Express Card can achieve read speeds of up to 800MB/s and write speeds of up to 700MB/s, which is around 1.5x faster than most SATA SSDs. When compared to UHS-II SD and UHS-I SD cards, it’s about 2.7 and 8x faster, respectively.
The new Premier Extreme SDXC SD 7.0 Express Card is backward compatible with the UHS-I devices, with read and write speed of up to 100MB/s, and conforms to the V30 Video Speed Class.
It also boasts error correcting code to ensure data accuracy. The Premier Extreme SDXC SD 7.0 Express Card is also waterproof, shockproof, X-ray-proof and static-resistant. Card capacities range from 256GB to 512GB.
